Timothy Barley
Mr. Barley has 13 years of experience as a wealth advisor, which has translated seamlessly into his pursuit of his passion of real estate investing over the past 8 years. He began his career as a construction estimator at the age of 18 while attending York College of Pennsylvania for engineering management.
Throughout his seven year career as an estimator, Timothy learned to be meticulously detail oriented while building rapport with customers and other professionals, all while being comfortable with extremely large numbers and risk. He parlayed this into a career in wealth management, with a passion for education and planning, all of which has proven extremely relevant in his career in real estate investing.
In addition to his business endeavors, Timothy strives to impact individuals and families financially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A passion for God and people are the motivating force behind his business and personal endeavors. His resume also includes time as CDO for a major marketing firm, as well as CEO/CFO/managing partner for a resort through the Coronavirus Pandemic. Throughout his career, he’s led large teams, navigated unthinkable global circumstances, and traveled the country speaking to and inspiring tens of thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs.
He has two children; Christian, and Daniella.
Eric Warfel
Eric Warfel has 26 years of Commercial banking experience with Community, Regional and National Banking Institutions building teams and leading market expansion efforts. Eric has held titles including Director of Commercial Lending and Market President. He worked his way through Millersville University loading trucks at UPS on the night shift. In 2019, employed in a world of increasingly onerous regulations in a consolidating industry, circumstances that made it difficult to meet the needs of borrowing clients, Eric left the corporate world for Alternative and Private Lending. Eric has worked selectively in financial officer roles. For the past three years he has worked as CFO of a transportation company and helped deleverage the balance sheet, concluding with an equity transaction for 50% of the business. In a turn-around situation for a group of family-controlled businesses, he exited several assets as part of a plan designed to generate capital to fund the fastest-growing most capital-intensive business in the group. Eric is driven to craft practical debt solutions that work for both borrowers and lenders. His years of commercial banking experience uniquely qualify him to deliver alternative capital solutions. Eric and wife, Jerissa, attend Calvery Church and support several charities. Eric currently serves on a non-profit providing housing resources for those in the community who are unhoused or struggling to afford the upkeep of their homes. Jerissa currently serves as a volunteer for two organizations as well; a foundation providing assistance to community members facing financial, physical and emotional difficulties, and a foundation that supports bereavement services for parents experiencing loss at child birth. The Warfel’s have five children and one grandchild.
Anthony Bertelli
Chief Development Officer
Anthony Bertelli is a business operator, real estate investor, and former healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and optimizing organizations across both industry and investment platforms. Over the past 20+ years, he has actively invested in all types of real estate, acquiring and repositioning properties with a disciplined focus on risk mitigation, value creation, and long-term portfolio growth through both appreciation and cash flow. In parallel with his investment activities, Anthony has built a successful executive career in the healthcare sector, rising from frontline commercial roles to national leadership positions responsible for revenue generation, operational execution, and the development of high-performing teams. He is widely recognized as a strategic operator who integrates process improvement, financial discipline, and leadership development to drive measurable growth in competitive markets.
Throughout his career, Anthony has also held multiple board seats and advisory positions where his focus has centered on revenue expansion, commercialization strategy, and strengthening revenue operations to accelerate organizational performance. His combined perspective as both an operator and investor provide a practical understanding of capital deployment, business scaling, and operational alignment. Anthony’s leadership style emphasizes accountability, mentorship, and aligning incentives across stakeholders to produce sustainable results. Today, he continues to consult on value-add real estate investments while advising companies on growth strategy, revenue optimization, and operational execution, bringing an investor’s mindset to every opportunity he evaluates. Anthony resides in Northern NJ with his wife and two sons.
Colton Loomis
Chief Financial Officer
Colton Loomis is the founder of Loomis Creative, a financial operations firm delivering CFO-level intelligence to founder-led businesses. He holds a degree in Finance and has built his career at the intersection of financial services and technology: working across insurance, financial research on publicly traded companies, SaaS startups, and currently as a sales professional in the financial services practice of a global consulting firm. It was there, watching enterprise-scale financial transformation play out for the world’s largest companies, that the opportunity became undeniable: the tools and intelligence that make Fortune 500 finance functions exceptional simply don’t reach small businesses. Loomis Creative exists to change that. He holds a QuickBooks bookkeeping certification and has spoken to young alumni on financial operations and the evolving job market.
The name Loomis Creative is a tribute to his father’s company “Loomis Creative Woodworks,” a master carpentry business founded and operated for more than 30 years. Colton didn’t follow him into the trades, but carried the ethos forward: precision, craftsmanship, and pride in the work. A former Division 1 lacrosse player, he brings that same competitive discipline to every client engagement. Colton resides in Hoboken, NJ with his girlfriend and their puppy, Muffin.
